Initial Consultation

Your first contact with us includes a free consultation at our showroom or at your project site. We’ll determine how best to serve you based on your needs and budget.

The Design Phase

After the initial consultation, we begin the design phase, including construction plans, engineering, submittals, and, if needed, landscape considerations. Schedule Your Project

Once plans are finalized, we move into the bidding phase, pricing your project, and securing a schedule. You’ll gain access to our cloud-based client portal, where all project communication takes place. No matter where you are, you can track progress and view jobsite logs, schedules, payments, selections, and messages.

Build Phase

Your project will be started and completed efficiently. We work with attention to detail and ensure that there's clear and ongoing communication. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with the process and the final result.

Final Walkthrough

At project completion, we’ll meet with you to walk through the work and ensure you’re happy with the outcome. With your approval, we’ll capture photos of your masterpiece and invite a review.
