San Marcos Master Suite Addition

This aging in place project allowed our clients to move their second floor master bedroom into a new 700 SF master suite addition on the first floor. The addition included a walk in shower and large vanity area, toilette room, master closet, and spacious master bedroom. We installed a beautiful wood beam in the center of the room. French doors exit into an outdoor garden seating area. We spruced up the front of the existing home and addition with stone. A skylight was installed in the bathroom for additional natural light.
